Che storia è la musica – Christmas

Che storia è la musica – Il Natale (What History is Music – Christmas) was conceived for a Christmas evening broadcast after the success of the first evening event of the same name. In the evening of 25 December, the RAI 3 audience was offered the story of the life and works of Pëtr Il’ič Čajkovskij as main course, with performances of the famous sixth symphony and the Nutcracker. In the splendid setting of the Teatro Sociale in Viterbo, illuminated with the sentiment and warm colours typical of the most important celebration of the year, Ezio Bosso led the audience by the hand through a program that was a gamble, a bet, but above all a team effort, to demonstrate once again the necessity, and above all the accessibility to a music too often considered for a few people.
The television program is the story of an evening lived intensely, based on the idea of “making music together” through spontaneous interplay.
